District Coordinator (03) – District-based (Jamshoro / Umerkot / Tharparkar)
Project Manager (01) – Badin (PMU) with frequent travel to Jamshoro/Umerkot/Tharparkar
Reporting & Data (NFEMIS) Officer (01) – Badin (PMU) with occasional travel
Social Mobilizer (06) – District-based (02 in each: Jamshoro/Umerkot/Tharparkar)
Facilitator (120) – NFE Centre-based (40 each: Jamshoro/Umerkot/Tharparkar)

Eligibility:

Admin/Finance/HR Officer: Bachelor/MBA (Business/Finance/Accounting/HR or related), 3–5 years relevant experience (preferably donor/development projects).
District Coordinator: Bachelor/Master (Education/Social Sciences/related), 3–5 years experience in education programs.
Project Manager: Master (Education/Development Studies/Social Sciences/related), 5–6 years project management experience (preferably Education/NFE/ALP).
Reporting & Data (NFEMIS) Officer: Bachelor/Master (Statistics/Social Sciences/Education/IT/related), 2+ years in data/reporting/MIS (preferably education/donor projects).
Social Mobilizer: Bachelor (Social Sciences/Development/Education/related), experience in mobilization/outreach/social work preferred.
Facilitator: Intermediate or Bachelor (Education/related preferred).
