Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualification

• Director Change Management:
  Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field

• Manager Technical & Engineering:
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or equivalent engineering
  Master’s degree is preferred

Required Experience

• Director Change Management:
  At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in organizational change, transformation, or utility sector reforms

• Manager Technical & Engineering:
  Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial role
